How do i order an item of clothing?
You can order clothing by choosing from the sections on the side navigation or using the quick link boxes on the home page. From here you can choose what garment of clothing you want, then selecting a design to go onto that garment. Now simply enter the amount you want of this product into the quantity box and click the order button. Now follow the on screen instructions ensuring all your details are correct. Once your credit/debit card details have been entered, the payment will be processed and the order sent.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
orders usually take 5 days to deliver but please allow upto 28 days for delivery.
If my garment is the wrong size can i return it?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, or an exchange facility only if the garment is in mint condition. (i.e. garments must not be worn, washed or in a state we find unsatisfactory.) If the new garment you wish to exchange for is out of stock we will inform you of this via e-mail or telephone. Please note that we do not refund postage costs.

How much are the postage costs?
T-Shirts, Skinnys, Contrast Skinnys, Skinny Hoodies, Inner Sleeve Tops will all be charged at £2.50 (1st class, recorded delivery). If you are ordering more than one of the above items please add 50p per garment to the postage costs. Hoodies will be charged at £3.50 (1st class, recorded delivery). If more than one hoodie is ordered please add any extra £2.50 per hoodie to the delivery cost.
How do i pay for my goods?
You can pay online simply follow the onscreen instructions when ordering your goods. We accept most of the major credit and debit cards including Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.
We charge you for the goods once the items ordered have been dispatched from us and not before. All items are carried in stock but in the unfortunate event that you order the same items as another customer and we run out of stock, you will not be charged at this point.
You can also make payment by cheque. You will receive an Invoice from our shop when you place an order. Please make payment to the address on the invoice. We will of course wait 3-5 days for cheque clearance before dispatching the goods to you.
How safe/secure is it to order over the internet?
For security online, we use SSL with a 128 bit certificate from The Comodo Group.
We consider that due to the nature of a lot of the products within our shop that the whole shopping process should be secure. We therefore run the whole of our shop through a secure server. You can verify this yourself by noting the address beginning with https:// and the addition of the secure padlock symbol in your browser.
We take credit card fraud seriously. For this reason we have a direct debiting system with our bank including anti-fraud checking of the card being used in the transaction. We would not hesitate to report the use of a stolen card to the Police should this occur on our website.
How can i see what i have ordered?
By clicking the view my basket icon. This will then show all the products you have added to your shopping cart.
Product Information
All items are 100% cotton, wash the garments at 40 degrees, do not tumble dry. Iron on reverse. The print on garments are vinyl.
